When are you going to update?
I can't say; it's really random. I draw pages for "Wrong Time" when I have time and when I feel like it. Remember, this is just a hobby of mine, something I do for myself, and the fact that some of you like it as well is, well, just an added bonus.
But if you're really not happy about how slow I'm updating, the only thing I can suggest is that you stop reading it.

What program(s) do you use?
Photoshop CS3 for cleaning/touch ups/filling in dark areas, Manga Studio EX 4 for speed and focus lines, and the occasional screentone.

What tools do you use?
For sketching, a 0.5 mechanical pencil with HB leads. For inking, a few microliners ranging from 0.1 to 0.5. For special effects (explosions mainly), a 1 mm calligraphy pen, and a black marker.
I use A4 drawing paper.

Is the whole story already planned out, or do you make it up as you go?
Yes and yes. I wrote down the general plot before I even started drawing the 1st page, but the details only get decided a few pages ahead.

How long is it going to be?
I can't really say. 100 pages maybe?
